Why SG-200 Original Grindstone? All-round grindstone with adjustable sharpening characteristics equivalent to between 220 and 1000 grit. Long service life, often lasts many years. Can be trued with the TT-50 Truing Tool to regain a perfectly flat surface. Can grind most steel grades. Fits the Tormek T-4, Tormek T-3 and older models with a grinding wheel 200 mm (7 7/8″) in diameter and 40 mm (1.5/8″) wide. All-round sharpening for professionals and amateurs. The SG-200 Original Grindstone is the perfect all-round grindstone. The grit can be adjusted between 220 and 1000 grit with the SP-650 Stone Grader. This makes it excellent for both coarse and fine sharpening, and it easily sharpens most types of tools and steel grades. The SG-200 Original Grindstone is supplied as standard with the Tormek T-4 Original. And Tormek T-4 Bushcraft. It’s also available for the Tormek T-8 Original and Tormek T-8 Custom, but with different dimensions as the SG-250 Original Grindstone. The TT-50 Truing Tool allows you to remove the very top layer of the grindstone to restore a perfectly round shape. When the grindstone is freshly trued, the surface is particularly aggressive and can be used for an especially aggressive sharpening. The SG-200 fits the Tormek T-4 Original, Tormek T-4 Bushcraft, Tormek T-3 and earlier Tormek models with a grinding wheel 200 mm (7 7/8″) in diameter and 40 mm (1 5/8″) wide.

Any one thinking about purchasing a machine is more than welcome to visit our factory to view the machines being fabricated. The cabinet has been specifically designed for the surface preparation of aluminium wheels. The unique design allows the operator to have clear visibility whilst keying the wheel successfully for painting. The cabinet has a steeper rake to ensure media is quickly recycled to the gun giving a steady flow of media. We can convert this machine to a pressure cabinet if required (Please see separate listing for pressure pots). Ease of use (while processing of wheels 24 upwards). Heavy duty powder coated construction. Superior dust extraction (giving superior visibility when processing). Water trap & regulator. Includes a bespoke wheel holder fitment allowing operator to rotate the wheel easily. The large cabinet design allows the operator to blast the leading edge of the rim, unlike other wheel blasting cabinets. Optional pressure system can be fitted.
