This is an extremely rare LP. By The Rolling Stones, titled Steel Wheels. It was released in Philippines in 1989, catalogue number OCLLP 22498. Philippines pressings are incredibly rare!! Sealed ones even rarer! The record (never played) is in mint condition and still sealed in its original shrinkwrap The picture cover is also in mint c ondition.
