This is an prototype resin from a Matell employee designer who left in 2004. He was in El Segundo California from the 1990s. Very beautiful piece and extremely difficult to find! I will send you the COA personally signed by him along with all the information about him. Its a very unique piece of history that would be great in any hot wheels collection!
