The wet backed booth is designed for ease of use and multiple applications of paint. Ie wet spray and powder paint. Our fitting is always performed by Gas Safe fitters and qualified electricians and offer a full fitting service including flues for oven and water backed booth. We can advise you regarding all current legislation. The Powder plant that is pictured was installed successfully at ThreeSixty Alloys in Berkshire. We can also offer a complete set-up including the following. Hot or cold stripping tanks. Hot or cold stripping chemicals (please see other listings). Full chemical awareness and training with certificates. PPE (Personal Protection Equipment). Automatic wheel washing machines. Wet and Dry blast cabinets. CNC Diamond cutting lathes. Wheel balancing and tyre machines. Basically, the complete package, from design through to installation. We have set-up multiples of customers in the UK from scratch. We have a fully operational wheel refurbishment demonstration facility based in Northampton, where you can come and see for yourselves the whole process in operation.
